Alumni Banquet Tickets On Sale
The Minford Alumni Banquet Committee recently met to plan the 2016 Banquet. It will take place on Saturday, May 28 at Minford High School on Bond Road in Minford.
Catering service will be provided by Butch Buckle. Social hour will begin at 5 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6 p.m.
The cost of the dinner will be $18 per person. Tickets will be available after April 5 and may be purchased from any committee member, at the High School guidance office, or at Minford Pharmacy.

Several $1,000 scholarships will be awarded at the banquet, including a $1,000 scholarship in memory of Catherine Ault given by her family and a $1,000 scholarship from the King-Warren family in memory of Rita King. Seniors may apply for these scholarships through the High School Guidance Office.
Officers for the 2016 year are: Carrie Roe, President; Joe Stockham, Secretary/Treasurer; Kathy Howard, Toastmistress; Steve Crabtree, Director of Alumni Affairs; Mary Conklin, Public Relations Director; Lynn Wessell, Past President; Edna Greene, Advisory Committee Chairperson, with Advisory Committee members Bob and Darlene Moore.
